Educational Philosophy

I believe that students will be best served when they are inspired to learn, to discover and explore the world around them.  How to do this is tough.  Its easy enough to lecture, assign worksheets and homework never to look at them again; inspiring is possible, but it takes perpetual effort and focus on every student.
